Security leaders deserve a lot of credit for making security issues more important to other corporate leaders. They have become better and better at articulating the business case for security.
That key finding of a new insider fraud study reveals that when managers commit fraud, their schemes tend to cost organizations twice as much as when non-managers instigate these crimes. Managers’ schemes also tend to last twice as long as those perpetrated by non-managers.
